Simulink compiler issue with SDK 8 and Matlab R2013b on windows

Hello,
I have recently installed R2013b version of matlab on my new laptop with windows 8, and installed SDK 8. But when I try to build a simulink schematic, it shows the following error: " An installed compiler was not detected. Certain simulation modes, as well as host-based coder builds require that a compiler be installed. "
And when I write mex -setup to chose my compiler, it shows me: "No supported SDK or compiler was found on this computer. "
Someone knows how to fix this issue?

Go to the supported compilers page. It doesn't show SDK 8, but it does show SDK 7.1.

SDK v8 does not include a compiler, which is why MATLAB continues to support v7.1.

Thank you for you answer A Jenkins, you're right, I will uninstall windows SDK8.
But, is SDK 7.1 compatible with my windows 8? (and with windows 8.1 if i want to upgrade it ?)

I've never seen anything to suggest that the 7.1 SDK is incompatible with Windows 8.
