Is there a default end-to-end simulation script for LTE System Toolbox?

I am testing out the LTE System Toolbox using a trial copy and I want to get a better understanding of how to construct an end-to-end simulation, with the transmitter/transmit chain, channel modeling, receiver chain with UE feedback implementation etc. I would like to migrate my simulations from an academic simulator to this product and, to begin with, essentially perform a simulation wherein I have a pretty standard eNodeB transmitting data to a single user and the user sends back feedback information, with the Spatial Multiplexing transmit mode. I want to disable HARQ processing for now, and focus on receive equalizers and receiver structure BLER performance, while varying channel conditions, SNR, modulation scheme, etc.
The few inbuilt end-to-end link level simulation examples in themselves don't clarify everything for me, primarily as they are conformance tests, and I am a little confused as to what the various RMC's stand for and what settings they create. So, instead I want a barebones setup, where I can change eNodeB # Tx antennas, channel model and so forth in a script file.
Is there such a test setup available as a script file? If not, what functions and documentations should I look at to get a start?
In summary, I am looking for a "How to Get Started Guide" of sorts to run a end-to-end simulation.
