Hi Matlab users,
I am writing a code in Matlab which makes a hdf5 file in order to be used by Mohid water modelling program. All is well but the problem is that Matlab 2009b that I have is working with hdf5 libraries version 1.8.1 and Mohid is using 1.6.4 version, and this create problems when using the file with Mohid. Is there any way to downgrade the libraries version for Matlab? I mean other than to use an older version of matlab.
Thanks,
Robert.

Robert, the hdf5 library is very closely tied to the MATLAB executable and cannot be replaced/downgraded.
It might help to outline the library compatability issues you are facing in the "HDF Users Discussion List" <mailto:hdf-forum@hdfgroup.org hdf-forum@hdfgroup.org> (its pretty active and helpful).
