How to check if an assembly was created by Builder NE?

Hello!
I am actually working on a task to connect a software with assemblies builded by the Builder NE. Works well so far, everything is fine. A user of our software should be able to select a dll and start a method in the assembly. So now, there was a task enlargement to assure the user can ONLY select assemblies builded by the Builder NE so we can presume a legal MatLabfunction was called and not any other method in a foreign assembly.
How may i check, if an assembly was builded by the Builder NE? Is there any mark, oder definition in the file?
