Noise Removal using matlab

Hello, 1.-I have recorded a sound file of my voice but it is noisy at it can be seen. *What type of equation can I use to remove this noise?*The command I use in matlab to generate the data of sound file is wavrecord. [Look photo noise]
2.-And I have two microphone one with y axis max being 0.7 and the other microphone y axis max being 0.07 using the level of sound. Which microphone is better the one with 0.7 or 0.07 when comparing to other sound file to measure similarity? [Look photo CompareMicrophone]
