Error Reported by S-Function?

I am using SIMULINK for serial Transmission, Data is Recieved & Sent Correctly when i used different models (for checking only)? I have used both Serial Send and To instrument Blocks? I am using simulink file for both transmission & receiving blocks. When i run it,it generates an error stating:"Error Reported by S-Function 'SendInstrument' in 'filename/To Instrument':Error using Toolbox.View the MATLAB command line for details"

I have this same error "Error using Toolbox. View the MATLAB command line for details" when i am trying to use to instrument and query instument blocks to create a PIL simulation run on stm32. It is as if matlab doesnt know where the error is.
