Is is possible to change the allocated block.Dwork.Dimensions size

I am writing a Level 2 Matlab s-function to impliment a queue, I use a pre-allocated Dwork vector to hold the queue but I need to be able to dynamically change the size of this queue to prevent it overflowing if more data is sent to it. Is this possible, and if not any ideas as to a better solution? Thanks.
