I had purchased matlab on my windows for 200$ a week ago, but now i am upgading my pc to MAC ,so do i have to purchase it again for apple..??

I am about to buy MAC, and i will be using most of the telecom software(like TINA)
Should i go for mac or not..??

You would not have to re-purchase it. There are limits on how many different systems you may install it on, and on how many different systems you may run it on simultaneously, but the systems can be of different types.
