Figure Window Won't Tile When Docked

I'm using Matlab 2014a on my mac. When my figure window is undocked, I have access to a menu that lets me select how I want multiple figures to be tiled in the figure window. However if I dock the figure window, I no longer have access to the tile UI. Am I missing it?
What this means is that if I want to tile figures in a docked figure window, I must first undock the window, then tile, then re-dock. Isn't there someway to tile the figures from the docked window? Thanks.

This can be done in the "View" tab:

Thanks Sean! I'm a daily matlab user and I know my way around the tool. I can't believe I never spotted that view tab before. Not much of an intuitive UI design but at least I have my solution now. Thank you!
