Hi, I have a assignment about target tracking. We are required to modify the code:http://www2.isr.uc.pt/~henriques/circulant/.
One problem is to detect occlusion by using the "Peak to Sidelobe Ratio", in other words, split the response of the filter into maximum value and the "side lobe" consisting of the rest of pixels in the region, including a small window (i.e. 11x11) around the peak.
Then, if occlusion is detected, the tracker should attempt to hallucinate the target until it can detect it again.
Who can help me?
Thank you.

No idea what you are asking. If you are asking somebody else to do hw for you, I can't help you bro. PSR is clearly written in the assignment and it should be easy.
