Signal Convolution in simulink

I want to compute the convolution of two signal in Simulink. To be more specific I want to compute convolution between two signals from t-D to t in Simulink, where t is time and D is a time delay.

In this respect I tired to use the conv formula and conv block. But I think non of them are useful.

I appreciate any answer.
