How can i build the state space for a linear time varying system in MATLAB?

Sir I have 4th order A state matrix which has all fixed value element except one which is time varying. how can i incorporate the time varying element.Please guide to write an algorithm

You can use (derivative, sum, prod, gain) blocks to build your model
