How to crop the selected aread of a imfreehand function of an image?

Hello all, I want to select a region in an MRI picture, I use imfreehand function and I select the region that I want. Now I want to know how can I crop the area that I selected and also I want to use the boundary that I made with imfreehand function as a pattern and use in on other MRI pictures, what should I do??
