Can anyone plz tell me how to input coloured image to RS encoder in simulink?

Hi all, I am trying to input a coloured image as well as a gray image to RS encoder using simulink but it shows an error as follows:

Multichannel operation not supported.

Can anyone plz help me out.I need help badly.
