I have created a 3D mat file by stacking sagittal slices in a matrix called Slice [512 x 512 x 25]. Now i need to extract the axial and coronnal views from it. I was able to get the axial view using the following code.
axial_slice=slice(250,:,:);
axial_slice=squeeze(axial_slice);
Tform1 = maketform('affine',[0 -2.5; 1 0; 0 0]);
Resample1 = makeresampler({'cubic','nearest'},'fill');
final1 = imtransform(axial_slice,Tform1,Resample1);
figure;
imshow(final1',[]);
title('Axial- IMTRANSFORM')
But for the coronnal view i'm unable to find the affine transform. I referred the matlab eg for mri dataset but that did not work out. please throw some light.
