i need a simulink model of OOK /ASK demodulator

You can find models for 'OOK' and 'ASK' modulators and demodulators in the MATLAB File Exchange. The following link provides a collection of digital modulation and demodulation models, including 'OOK' and 'ASK', implemented in Simulink::-
