Matlab 2010a code for Discreet Cosine transformation of an Image

I am currently working on a project of video compression in Matlab 2010a. I desperately need a total matlab code on the dct of any colored image.

Is it expected that the R2010a code would be different than the numerous other code versions that people have posted here? Search for DCT.
