Export mesh to CAD compatible file

Hello,
I used matlab to design an aerodynamic surface, I would like to output this into either Catia or Solidworks for smoothing & CFD analysis. The data is functions of two nested for-loops X(n,m), Y(n,m), Z(n,m) The raw data can't be imported, but the plot made by matlab is the correct shape.
Is there any way to export this plotted mesh into .step file or any similar format?
