How to make gui for detection of number of objects present in binary image?

sir i am doing work on objects detection using gui in binary image, but i have problem during making GUI. so sir please help me regarding the making GUI for such.

Try this framework: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/24224-magic-matlab-generic-imaging-component It's a good starting point and does some simple particle/region sizing.

If you have any issues with GUI, go through the video attached below. The best you can find for learning all the important aspects of Guide, but of course there are other video tutorials too in the same blog.
