i have a interface program in java,now i want to classify the dataset using SVM code(support vector machine) in matlab,my question is the same interface program which i used in java can be called by matlab

as a part of my project i use weka tool for some classification and wrote java code for interfacing weka and java,now i want to use matlab for the same classification my question.is the same interface program can be used in matlab also,how can i interface java and matlab
