Calculate a mean image of a normalited T1 MR image

Hello Experts,
how can I calculate the mean image? I use SPM8 and have normalized a hdr/img according to a T1 template. Now I should calculate the mean img and save it as well in a hdr and img file. Does someone know, how this process could work?
