What is the meaning of first two letters in MAAB guidelines ID?

The guideline ID is built out of two lowercase letters (representing the origin of the rule) and a four-digit number, separated by an underscore. na, jp, jc, eu, db, jm, hd, and ar are used as the two lower case letters. I wanted to know fullforms of these letters.
