How to fix the following error: "An installed compiler was not detected" using MATLAB R2012a and xPC 5.2

I am using Visual Studio 2010, MATLAB R2012a, xPC 5.2. I have tried everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both MATLAB and Visual Studio. Every time I tired to build a model in Simulink, it would get the compiler error.

I tried using the commands "mex -setup" and xpcsetCC('setup'). I've checked the compiler settings in xPC and even checked the System Environment Varibles PATH and think I have everything.

But nothing is working.

mbuild -setup

Yes and I received an error.

What matlab are you using? 32 or 64 bit? Apparently matlab 64 bit also requires a 64 bit compiler.

I'm using 32bit MATLAB and I believe 64 bit VS . I'm using Windows 7.
