yes sajid khan, i need it for salt and pepper noise removal..please do the needful immediately.

Looks like you've accepted this question and whatever code Sajid sent you. If you had said that you wanted salt and pepper noise to begin with, I could have attached my code for that. Oh well, looks like you're all set though. If you still want it, start a new thread and just mention that you want salt and pepper noise removal code, not "boundary discriminative noise detection" (whatever that is).

Sounds like someone's specialized algorithm that they published ,so probably few, or no, people here know about that. Can you contact the author?
