limits to integral (variable question)

Hi guys,
I have an integral question. The function I'm interested in is F(r,phi). The limits of this integral are 0 and sec(phi) and I have to take it with respect to r.
I'm trying to symbolic integration here but am stuck. Any suggestions as to why or any advice on how to approach this problem would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
