I have to classify an object into two regions based on two features. I have calculate the probability of each classes and conditional probabilities of each features to occur in each class. Now what is the condition based on which, it belong to a particular class.

You have a training set where you know how many regions there are and what classes they belong to. From that you can easily determine the probability.
Then, for a test image, you calculate the probability that your test region belongs to each class, and assign it to the class that it has higher probability of belonging to.
