How to merge labeled bounding boxes of different parts of the same object ?

My question is how to merge two or more bounding boxes of different closer parts witch represent really the same object ? thanks

You might try running imclose() to merge the two parts of the image. Please post/attach your image so we can better understand what you're talking about.

Well like I said, it's not an error if you want to find things that moved . If the torso of the man on the left did not move , then why should you find it?

I want to perfom approximately the work of groupRectangles function in OpenCv, i.e. group overlapping and nearest rectangles.
