regionprops function for text binding

I need the MATLAB code for the segmentation part using MATLAB regionprops function because i am unable to bind the text line in a rectangle. Thanks Suvendra

I have no idea what the binding the text line stuff is about, but I have a tutorial on regionprops here: BlobsDemo
