Need help of someone who is familiar with the LMS adaptive filtering

I have been working with the implementation of least mean square adaptive type filtering from a longtime but was unable to solve this implementation.

I tried and was facing some problem with This

Can some help me out of how to apply Least mean square adaptive filtering for the below shown pulse signals and attached file has the data(where each 500 sample(or values) contains nearly a pulse signal are received into matlab at once and like this it there is a conitunuation collection of 500 samples into matlab.So how to apply LMS algorithm for every 500 samples obtained is being acquired into matlab.
