How do I generate a 3 dimensional beam pattern?

I want to reproduce the plot shown here:

It's on one of the promotional pages for the phased array system toolbox, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to make that plot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The image was found on the following page:

By using the following command, you should be able to get what you want.
ha = phased.URA(10);
ha.Element.BackBaffled = true;
plotResponse(ha,3e8,3e8,'RespCut','3D','Format','Polar')
