Hi Guys, i have this situation:
dendrogram(link , 0,'labels', names,'colorthreshold', color,'orientation','right')
My dendrogram has more than 1000 variables. When I plot all names appears in black. Thats good. But to try to find one variable or a name among all black names is impossible due the number of names.
Question: Can i select one (or more) of the names (using the índex values 1 to 1000) and make it in a different color among all names in dendrogramto to find it easier?
Thank you
