Hi All..
I am trying to quantifying asymmetrical facial tissue deformation between two pictures of the same person. Lets say that in the first one (base picture) the person has natural characteristics in his/her face and in the second one the person shows deformations, for example lack of expressions similar found in people with Parkinson's disease.
Any Ideas??
Thank you for your help..

Sounds like you probably need a neural network of some type. Look at the FEX, there are many facial recognition toolboxes uploaded there.
