I have a bunch of shapes I am trying to plot in a very specific way. I want them to appear like the attached image, where the x, y, & z axes are extended and thickened compared to the other lines. This one was created manually. I can get the shape, the major and minor grid lines, and the thickened axes to appear (by manually drawing a set of thicker lines), but I cannot get the extended axes.
Any ideas?

Please try again to insert the image or attach a file. You can overlay a thick line over the axes with the line() function if you want.
