Clustering based on Gaussian mixture model

Hello, I have a 50 by 38 matrix where the rows represent the genes and columns represent samples. Please can any one help me to clustering this matrix using Gaussian mixture model to get two cluster. I tried the instruction obj=gmdistribution.fit() but I could not get two cluster.
