Commutor Simulink block implementation

Hi,

Is there a Simulink commutor block available? A commutor is used in filter bank downsampling. Note that it can be emulated from downsampling blocks but not very straightforward, especially when downsampling rate isn't equal to number of banks. So just curious if someone has done that already.
