sugeno interval type-2 fuzzy logic

Hello how can i put the parameters for output membership functions in sugeno interval type-2? I have 2 inputs and have 12 rules but when i write output parameters and run the error occure Error using evalifistype2 (line 643) and i do not understand what that mean? please if anyone know how to put the paramerets for output tell me.
