Why am I unable to run a model that contains SimPowerSystems blocks with the Simulink Accelerator from Simulink Performance Tools Version 1.2 (R13)?

I tried running a model containing SimPowerSystems blocks with the Simulink Accelerator from Simulink Performance Tools Version 1.2 (R13) in Simulink 5.0 (R13) and receive the following error:

 Error using ==> accelbuild_private

 Error using ==> accelbuild_private (LocalAccelbuildprivate)

 Error using ==> make_rtw

 Error using ==> tlc_c (InvokeTLC)

 Error: Errors occurred - aborting

This model runs fine in R12.1. Why?

This bug has been fixed for Release 14 (R14). For previous releases, please read below for any possible workarounds:

This is a bug in the Simulink Accelerator from the Simulink Performance Tools Version 1.2 (R13). There are no known workarounds.
