Why do I receive errors when installing the Model-Based Calibration Toolbox?

I receive the following errors when installing the Model-Based Calibration Toolbox:
- could not copy file
d:\matlab\toolbox\mbc\mbcguitools\ocx\mscomct2.ocx to
c:\windows\system\mscomct2.ocx
- could not copy file
d:\matlab\toolbox\mbc\mbcguitools\ocx\mscomctl.ocx to
c:\windows\system\mscomctl.ocx

The error occurs because there are older versions of the reported files already on your machine. This should not cause any problems when running the Model-based Calibration Toolbox.
