分流器
この例では、分流器をモデル化して負荷ハーネスとともに使用する簡単な方法を説明します。分流器は、2 本のラインに接続された負荷が等しくない場合に、入力流量を目的の割合で分割するのに役立ちます。分流器は、順方向への流れのみを可能にします。したがって、逆流によって無負荷になる場合に負荷とともに使用するときは、方向制御バルブと併用する必要があります。
潤滑システム
この例では、遠心ポンプにより供給される簡略化したバージョンの潤滑システムを示します。このシステムは 5 つの主要ユニットで構成されます。ポンプ ユニット、スカベンジ ユニット、熱交換器マニホールド、ノズル マニホールド、制御ユニットです。ポンプ ユニットとスカベンジ ユニットは、どちらも遠心ポンプを中心に構築されます。スカベンジ ユニットは、ノズルから排出される流体を回収してポンプ ユニットのタンクに送り返します。制御ユニットは、局部抵抗として表される熱交換器またはノズル ブロックのいずれかをバイパスするコマンドを生成します。実際のシステムでは、これらのコマンドは潤滑キャビティに搭載された温度センサーによって生成されます。
ウォーター ハンマー現象
このデモでは、Isothermal Liquid ライブラリを使用して、長いパイプで発生するウォーター ハンマーをモデル化する方法を示します。パイプ内の流れが安定するようにゆっくりとバルブを開いた後、すばやくバルブを閉じます。急にバルブを閉じることで、ウォーター ハンマー現象が発生します。ウォーター ハンマー防止器で圧力スパイクを抑制します。
パワー ステアリング機構
この例では、簡略化したバージョンのパワー ステアリング機構を示します。この油圧作動システムには、複動式油圧シリンダー、4 方向バルブ、固定容量型ポンプ、および圧力安全バルブが含まれています。ステアリング ラックは、バネとダンパーでモデル化される負荷に対して動作します。
Counterbalance Valve with Test Harness
Model, parameterize, and test a counterbalance valve in detailed fidelity and system level fidelity using a variant subsystem. Running the model generates a plot of the flow from the load port to the back port due to the relief action of the counterbalance valve using the detailed fidelity variant. A counterbalance valve allows an upstream flow from the back port to the load port through the check valve stage, and it allows a downstream flow from the load port to the back port through the relief stage. Counterbalance valves help with load holding, load actuation speed control, and safety.
Pressure Reducing Valve in Punching Operation
Models a hydraulic system with a direct operated, pressure reducing valve. This system helps to limit and maintain pressure in a hydraulic punching machine. Pressure reducing valves are common in hydraulic pressing, drilling, and stamping applications.
