I am an R&D Algorithm Engineer in DSP & Extended Kalman Filter & Estimation Theory-related apps. Have supplemented my formal education with 95+ continuing education courses. I developed a failure detection algorithm for an SSBN INS. I understand NAV and GPS & have also been involved in Kalman-like filters for Early Warning Radars to track enemy RV's. I am proficient in many computer languages but now use Matlab/Simulink and my own TK-MIP s/w for simulation almost exclusively. I use Monte-Carlo simulation to set parameters and to substantiate my conclusions to investigations. Have received awards for technical writing: (1) in 1967, from the Federal Power Commission in a competition between engineering schools in the Washington D.C. area; (2) in 1988, the M. Barry Carlton Award for Best Paper in IEEE TAES in 1987. I am an AIAA GNC Associate Fellow/IEEE Life Senior Member/ION/SPIE/NSIA/ISA
