Plot points in 1D, 2D or 3D with labels

Plot a group of points (1D, 2D or 3D) whose coordinates are stored in rows of a given matrix, with or w/o labels

This function can be used for plotting a group of points (1D, 2D or 3D) whose coordinates are stored in rows of a given matrix, with the following options:

1. point size
2. color
3. whether to label the points
