App of general use but specifically developed for the publication "Brain tissue mechanics is governed by microscale relations of the tissue constituents" [Ref: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.biomaterials.2023.122273].
INPUT: RGB files and .roi files
OUTPUT: processed images, result plots and .mat files with processed data.
For further instructions check the manual included in the .zip or use Matlab help on each function.
