Finite difference coefficients generator

A simple generator for coefficients of central finite-difference (FD) stencils

Generate the `m`-th order derivative of `n`-th order of accuracy of a central FD stencil. An example for generating all the coefficients of Table 1 in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finite_difference_coefficient, is presented.
