automated-nctools is a suite of automated MATLAB functions for netcdf files.
For now there is only the following function: ncextract.m function that searches for the nearest k-neighbors to the control points, within regular lonlat grid or does exact comparison to the grid cells of the gridded data.
Fuctions:
isverbose_log
folder_extract_nc
and a major ovehaul of ncextract
... are coming soon.
