Plot3Dxyz

This function plots a 3D surface from scattered x, y, z data.

This function takes scattered x, y, z data, makes a grid with spacing S from the minimum x and y to the maximum x and y, and uses scatteredInterpolant to interpolate the z value at the grid points. It then plots the resulting mesh as a 3D surface with colobar.
