Solar Path Plot (Horizon Reference Frame & Polar Plot)

Functions to plot the solar path in the horizon reference frame and its polar plot

Provides a simple simulation of the sun position as viewed from the observer's point of view on Earth (i.e. in the horizon reference frame), at the given date, time and coordinates of the specific location on Earth.
