Plot Bezier Curve Composite and Offset

It will work for plot Bezier Curve 4 control points, extend 2 Curve, offset, and plot it

This function will plot Bezier Curve 4 control points and extend it by input the last point of the 2nd Curve. This Code includes with offset function.
