Calculate elastic response spectra based on Eurocode 8

This script calculates the elastic response spectra based on Eurocode 8 Part1 (EN 1998-1 : 2004), for zones of seismicity of Type 1 or 2, and for ground types A, B, C, D and E. The output Response Spectrum is normalized, and the soil condition "S" according to the EC8 is taken into account in the normalization.
