When there are multiple examiners who each report on some of multiple projects the marks given need to be reconciled as the different examiners may give different marks for the same projects. Limit experience has indicated that different examiners generally put projects in the same order and with similar relative spacing between projects. That is if the marks given by two examiners are plotted against each other a smooth curve is generally expected. This seems a reasonable assumption and is needed to sensibly reconcile multiple examinations of multiple projects.
Given a list of projects, examiners, and marks this program produces a list of resolved marks for each student with a measure of the consistency of the resolved project marks. Also produced is a measure of the bias used by each examiner and a measure of the consistency of the examiners bias.
