The radarExplorer GUI is used to simulate the measured backscattered signal from simple point scatterers. Additionally, the software can be used to explore the use of the FFT, and the effects of windowing and zero-padding data. Model assumes a monostatic transceiver, scalar fields (no polarization), isotropic radiator (no beam pattern), with a real valued scattering coefficient of 1 for all point scatterers.
